In last Wednesday, 20 may 2016, Members of the human rights defenders in IRAN offered a full report of illegal detention of Mohammad Ali Taheri in a meeting with representatives of European parliament, that will be provided to Federica Mogherini, high representative of European parliament in coming days.
According to the " Surviving with inter universalism consciousness “ website, (http://nejatbahalghe.com), Vahid Beheshti, one of the members of human rights defenders in IRAN said that “today we had a meeting about the continues Human Rights Violations in IRAN with the representatives of European parliament, and one of the causes we focused on in this meeting was the cause of Mohammad Ali Taheri, we present a full report of his cause to the representative of European parliament & they will provide it to Federica Mogherini in next few days.
He explained: ” our report was based on this fact that the detention period of Mohammad Ali Taheri that determined as 5 years by the Iranian Judiciary is over now, & all the fines & Financial penalties for his cause are already paid, so the Iranian Judiciary have no more excuses to free this prisoner. “
He continued: “considering all this happenings, it is appeared that the Iranian Judiciary is not going to free Mohammad Ali Taheri they are keeping him in prison yet. This report will be provided to Federica Mogherini by the representatives of European parliament the decisions taken in this regard will be informed to you”

Mohammad Ali Taheri is founder of two “FARADARMANI” & “Psymentology” complementary medicines and the "inter universalism consciousness”, a Mysticism in IRAN.
The IRANIAN Judiciary arrested him in 17th april 2011 based on False accusations and he spent most of his Sentence in Solitary confinement which is against the human rights. He torched many times to
avowal against his ideology & to admission to deny what he founds. He went on hunger strike many times during his sentence to protest to his bad situation in prison & the tortures he bears in his sentence period.
In 8th Feb 2016 his sentence over but the Iranian Judiciary prevents to free him based on false & illegal excuses.
The Iranian judiciary last excuse was to pay the Mohammad Ali Taheri fine which is about a 300,000 US dollars penalty. The fine gathered by Mohammad Ali Taheri’s students from all over the word & paid by his lawyer 4 days ago, but the Iranian Judiciary still preventing to free him.
